We appreciate from time to time not all things go according to plan, and we are really sorry that you may feel we have let you down, but we would like the opportunity to put things right.
In the first instance if you would like to write to Veronika Basheva-Dimitrova (the manager) by email woodmancotevets@yahoo.com or by letter to Woodmancote Vets, Oxbutts Industrial Estate, Woodmancote, Cheltenham GL52 9HW and we will investigate the issue and try to solve it asap.
Please include –

· Contact Details
· Name of your pet
· The date of the visit your concerns relate to
· A brief description of your concerns
· What we can do to best resolve this for you
We will acknowledge your correspondence within 5 working days. We may need to carry out further investigations and, in such cases, we will aim to have a response within 20 working days – if we are unable to address your concern within the 20 days we will advise you.

We are always pleased to know that we are providing a high-quality service, or that our team is doing a good job. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our service, if you have any suggestions, we would love to hear from you.

Saturday Morning

Appointments are offered from 9.30 am -12 pm
Sunday Morning
